This brochure showcases a paroperty that is located near the upcoming development project of The Esplanade. The goal was not just to pitch the building itself, but to upsell it based on its very conveneint location to The Esplanade. It was important to show the location of the building in relation to the development, but to also talk about the development and why it would be fruitful to be near it.
